Grilled Buttered Rum Pineapple recipe

Ingredients:

¼ cup dark rum
3 tablespoons melted butter
2 tablespoons honey
½ teaspoon salt
1 large (3- to 4-pound) pineapple, peeled, cored, cut into 1-inch rings

Preparation Instructions:

1. Preheat grill.

2. Whisk together rum, butter, honey, and salt in a small bowl. Brush generously over all sides of pineapple rings, reserving extra glaze.

3. Place pineapple on grill and cook until softened and rill marks appear, 3 to 5 minutes per side. Baste with glaze and pineapple cooks. Serve warm or chilled.
